What is the maximum capacity?
The venue can accommodate up to 60 people for a seated reception. 100 standing.
Do you allow outside caterers?
Yes, we do. However, we can assist with catering needs by using our preferred vendor list.
Can I bring my own drinks?
Yes.
Are you pet-friendly?
No, unfortunately due to allergies and cleaning purposes.
When is the final balance due?
Your final balance will be due 24 hours prior to your event.
What is required to reserve the date?
To reserve your date, you must pay a deposit equal to 50% of the price of the package you are selecting. Your next payment will be due between 7 days and 24 hours out from your event and will be for the remaining 50% of the price of your selected package.
Do you have onsite parking?
Yes, there is parking at the venue. We also provide parking across the street and in adjacent parking lots.
How much is additional time?
If you want to add additional hours to your venue rental, those can be added to your invoice at a rate of $100 per hour.
Is there a clean-up fee?
No, there are no additional fees for set up, break down, or clean up of your event.
